Woods

The woods I used were sourced ethicaly, and I am confident that whistles will never be a threat to any species.

Metals

The hand cast metal fittings were either brass, phosphor-bronze or special-white-silver (Which is more pure than Sterling and patinates to a white rather than a grey). These metals were normally chosen by color-match to the wood, For instance black and neutral toned woods are matched to silver, yellow or purple tones are matched to brass and red tones matched to bronze.
